Instead it comes with a letter as shown in the picture. At this letter each and every detail of the client is mentioned like Passport Number, Date of Birth, Name and Degree Details.

Once your degree is done from Saudi Culture then it is then forwarded to Saudi Embassy. Once Saudi Embassy is done then Saudi Culture Attestation process for your degree will be completed.

Please note down that the degree for which you want Saudi Culture Attestation must be previously attested from HEC and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Degree verification fee slip(Copy).

Following are the important rules mentioned for Saudi Culture Attestation:

Master's Degree Attestation

If you want Saudi Culture Attestation services for your MASTER’S DEGREE then first you’ll need to get your BACHELOR’S DEGREE attested from Saudi Culture. Afterwards it will attest your MASTER’S DEGREE.

Previous Attestations Required

The Degree of which you want Saudi Culture Attestation Must be previously attested from HEC(Higher Education Commision) & MOFA(Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Payment for Saudi Culture

After new rules for Saudi Culture Attestation, fees have been revised from 10th June, 2024. Due to new revised fees of Saudi Culture, the payment required for Saudi Culture Attestation should be paid in advance. Fees for Saudi Culture are non-refundable.

Procedure

After your case is submitted to Saudi Culture will send an email to university. You have to reply that email from the University. It is not our responsibility. After reply your case is approved from Culture & is forwarded to Embassy.

Copies of Documents

All the copies of documents should be scanned from a proper scanner(only colored copy). No black and white copy or mobile scanned documents are allowed.

Student Details

Saudi Culture only attests degrees of regular students. So if you have a private degree then it should not be submitted for Saudi Culture Attestation. Private degrees (like degree of Virtual University) are not attested from Saudi Culture.
